Our Story
Meet the Kumar Brothers
We're Sai and Prem Kumar, two brothers with a passion for creating unforgettable vacation experiences.
Sai is a West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot who served in Operation Atlantic Resolve. Subsequently, he transitioned into the U.S. Space Force, where he built and launched satellites. He's now pursuing his MBA and Masters in Computer Science at Chicago Booth while we continue to grow our vacation rental portfolio.
Prem graduated from USF's Morsani College of Medicine with the Donn L. Smith Award for highest academic achievement and is currently an Interventional Radiology resident at Tampa General Hospital.
What started as a single property has grown into a collection of carefully curated homes across Florida and Georgia. We were named Georgia's #1 New Airbnb Host in 2021 and have maintained Superhost status for over 5 years. From hot tubs under the stars to game rooms for family fun our homes will be the perfect stay for your next vacation — and yes, your furry friends are welcome (at most of our properties).
